Your Health & Safety is Our Top Priority

Dear Friends of The Arts Council,

The health and safety of our patrons, staff, artists, and community is our top priority.  Although the threat of contracting the COVID-19 virus is currently low in the Twin Counties, we have instituted the following policies to ensure the health of our patrons:  we will be disinfecting all high touch areas in our performance venues; all handrails and ‘touch areas’ will be disinfected prior to any event, soap & paper towels will be available in all bathrooms, and we will have disinfecting wipes and Kleenex available at all events.  We encourage our audience, artists, and employees to follow the CDC hygiene practices regarding hand washing, covering sneezes and coughs, and other common sense precautions.

If you are not feeling well or experiencing flu-like symptoms, we encourage you to stay home for your safety and the safety of our community.  If you are at an Arts Council event, please wash your hands regularly and thoroughly, avoid touching your face, and where possible, practice social distancing and avoid handshakes – smiles and applause are great ways to express your appreciation and are just as warm as a hug or handshake.
