THE TWIN COUNTIES HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA 2012

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 6^TH AT THE REX THEATRE

 Santa Claus is coming to town!  Because there are so many good boys and girls (of all ages) here in the Twin Counties, Mrs. Claus is letting Santa make a very special “early” visit on Thursday, December 6^th at 7:00 pm at The Rex Theatre!  During a surprise phone call to the Arts Council last month, Santa let slip that he was very impressed with all the kind and generous folks living in the Twin Counties and he would be honored to be a part of the Arts Council’s Twin Counties Holiday Extravaganza.  Admission is only $5 person and everyone is encouraged to bring non-perishable/canned goods and new toys to be donated to the Rooftop of Virginia’s Food Pantry and the Galax & Grayson Backpack Ministries.

The  evening is sure to delight your whole family!  Local musicians, singers, dancers and choirs will get you in the “Holiday Spirit” and Santa will cap-off the evening with a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas.”   Santa will have time to take photos with audiences members afterwards.

Tickets for the Twin Counties Holiday Extravaganza are available on-line at www.artsculturalcouncil.org and may also be purchased at the Arts Council office, located at 608 W. Stuart Drive (in the Old Vaughan Library).  Please remember, cash & checks only when purchasing your tickets in person or at the box office that evening.
