The Annual Meeting of the Arts Council of the Twin Counties is an open meeting to approve the new officers and board members for 2012 -2013 as well as present the upcoming budget and 2012—2013 schedule of events.

In addition to awarding the EMPTY BOWLS proceeds, we will be honoring the 2012 Carmichael Scholarship winners:

Kimi Kumar, Galax High School
Anna Katherine Turnmire, Grayson County High School
Rachel Anna Gill, Home School
Tino Sauter, Home School
